Responsibilities :Design, simulate, and verify critical circuits using simulation tools.Be a technical mentor to guide, and lead other hardware design engineers in problem solving, as well as planning.Document and present new architectures, new and enhanced circuit designs, and simulation results during design reviews.Work with layout engineers and closely interact with them during the design phase by reviewing their layout and providing input as needed.Verify and characterize silicon using lab equipments and testers.Propose innovative circuit solutions and design methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills :Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a reputed Institute (IIT, REC, Anna University, BITS etc?)3-5 Years in CMOS Analog Circuit Design, preferably in Non-Volatile Memory designThorough understanding in MOS device physics and interaction between design, device, reliability and process is a MUSTSkilled in validating on silicon using lab equipmentsExperience in CAD Tools. Simulation tools (HSPICE, Verilog, Powermill and HSIM), Schematic/Layout tools (OPUS) and Post-processing ToolsSolid knowledge in Integrated circuit layout rulesPrior experience in a MNC in India or in abroadGood written and verbal communication skillsExperience : 3 - 5 yearsLocation : Bangalore
