WiSilicais looking for a driven, patient and passionate problem solver to join our LUMOS Controls team. In this role you will be responsible for training and on-boarding new customers and managing customer relationships through their entire life cycle. Were looking for superior people skills and a positive attitude.

At LUMOS Controls, were helping the world make smarter lighting choices. This means we work with a variety of customers right from LED manufacturers to building developers. And you can be an integral part of these partnerships.

What youll do:

  • On-board and train new customers
  • Build & strengthen customer relationships
  • Manage incoming calls and emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails
  • Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
  • Coordinate and train all new customer-starts in an efficient and streamlined way
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of the company s business model and product portfolio in order to answer all customer related inquires
  • Demonstrate the value of Single Platform to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support
  • Qualify product releases by verifying customer requirements are met
  • Be the customer champion who is focused on putting the customer s needs first and is vested in improving the customer experience at every phase

Qualification

What you have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Electronics/ Software engineering preferred
  • 3-7 years of interfacing with clients in a technical sales/support role
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional communication skills written and oral
  • A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly disposition
  • The ability to solve problems & think quickly on your feet
  • The ability to stay calm, cool and collected during stressful phone conversations
  • Flexibility we re growing and evolving, and you ll need to come along for the ride
  • An eye for detail
  • Quick learner and willing to learn new technologies and tools
  • Be available on call during project deployments according to customer time zones we have customers round the globe
