Job Summary Role Overview The HR Business Partner is responsible for driving and supporting HR processes and objectives within designated business units or practices. This role combines operational responsibilities, project leadership, and collaboration with business and support functions to provide value-added HR services that align with company guidelines, regulations, and objectives. The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to management and employees, ensuring the successful delivery of HR initiatives that support the organization s goals. Responsibilities People Practices/Employee Experience Independently leads HR processes for allocated practices/accounts, such as performance calibration, promotions, employee queries, etc., and serves as the Single Point of Contact (SOPC) for service lines/practices/accounts. Provides timely guidance and education to employees and people managers on HR practices and policies. Gathers and analyzes feedback through various channels (SKIP level sessions, NMAs, FGDs, 1:1s, exit interviews, HR Unplugged) and proactively proposes improvement measures. Ensures that agreed action plans are followed up on and escalated to leadership (L2) when necessary. Analyzes employee data (e.g., satisfaction surveys, attrition rates, exit data) using Power BI and other tools, providing insights to guide business decision-making. Coaches people managers on using available HR tools and solutions. Leadership of the Future Partners with people managers through planned sessions to educate and coach on HR policies and people practices that support daily business operations. Provides HR expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development, and legal matters. Educates team leaders and managers on engagement initiatives, recognition & rewards (R&R), performance feedback, career changes (including internal recruitment), and employee engagement strategies. Challenges leadership where necessary to improve processes. Culture: Diverse & Inclusive Contributes to the creation of a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) & Wellness action plan at the country level and supports the roll-out and implementation of related initiatives. Participates in the creation and delivery of workshops focused on wellness and DEI, fostering team bonding and engagement across the organization. Enabler for Business Talent Ownership Educates, coaches, and partners with managers on employee development goals and Employee Engagement Surveys (EES) plans. Supports leaders in creating and following through with development plans. Participates in or leads the continuous development of HR programs, such as retention and quality initiatives. Actively engages in business dynamics (e.g., ramp-ups and downs) to ensure flawless legal execution and communication. Ensures effective communication to HR management and relevant stakeholders about key HR issues and initiatives. Transforming Ways of Working Collaborates with other enabling functions to support value-added programs in areas such as recruitment, HR process improvement, training, career development, mobility, and job performance. Assesses, proposes, and leads process/policy improvement projects based on feedback from managers and employees to foster a culture of performance excellence. This includes driving employee engagement and inspiring them to go above and beyond in their roles.
