Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the HR function and business operations. This role involves working closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to provide HR expertise, strategic guidance, and support in various HR areas. The HRBP will contribute to the overall success of the organization by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a positive work culture. Directs the implementation and administration of programs, practices, and procedures, often encompassing several areas of human resources including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits, and training. Consults with business leadership to ensure HR, Center of Excellence (COE), and Service Delivery Center (SDC) programs support the organization. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Business Units: Act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, understanding their objectives and challenges, and providing HR solutions that drive performance and employee engagement. Partner with COE and Service Delivery center on HR matters and provide guidelines on Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development. Talent Management: Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and implement strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Site level Talent reveiws, Succession Planning & Talent Development. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters with a fair and consistent approach, addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate actions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Solid Experience on employee grievance redressal. Performance Management: Assist in designing and implementing performance management programs, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations. Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for enhancing organizational effectiveness and propose initiatives for fostering a positive workplace culture. Change Management: Support organizational changes by providing guidance on change management strategies and ensuring smooth transitions. Consults with India management to define and execute HR initiatives in support of business strategy. Developing Teams & Building Site. HR Policy and Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and work with HR leadership to develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with HR team to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards and company objectives. Training and Development: Identify training needs, recommend relevant programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for informed decision-making. Site Level Strategic initiatives : Mental health & wellness, Recognition programs, Employee Engagement, Townhalls, DEI. Employer branding : should form strategic efforts and activities that an organization undertakes to create and promote a positive image, reputation, and identity as an employer. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Similarity or experience working on Workday. Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role. Strong knowledge and experience of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
