Job Description: As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and department heads to provide strategic HR support and guidance. The ideal candidates will have 2-8 years of HRBP experience, with a focus on Business Partnership, Employee Relations, and Talent Management. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, assisting in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing guidance on corrective actions. Partner with department heads to understand their specific HR needs and develop tailored solutions. Drive talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as organizational development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs. Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, keeping policies and procedures up-to-date. Act as a change agent, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collaborate with HR team members to support overall HR functions, such as compensation, benefits, and training. Key Skills: Talent Management : This involves attracting, retaining, and developing talent within the organization. Organizational Development: Helping the organization grow and adapt to changing circumstances. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Managing and resolving employee relations issues is a core responsibility. The ability to mediate and resolve conflicts within the workplace. Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: HRBP need to understand the business goals & align HR strategies to support them by understanding the business's dynamics including financial aspects. Data Analysis: Analysing HR data and metrics to make data-driven decisions. Compliance & HR Audits: Understanding employment laws and regulations is crucial for compliance. Change Management: The ability to guide and support employees through organizational changes is essential. Communication & Interpersonal skills : Strong communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with both employees and management. Cultural Awareness : Sensitivity to cultural diversity and its implications for HR practices. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and tools for HR processes and analytics. Networking: Building strong internal and external relationships to stay informed and share best practices. Grievance Resolution & Consultation : The ability to mediate and resolve conflicts within the workplace. Coaching and Development: Assisting in the development of employees and managers. Ethical Conduct : Upholding a high standard of ethics and confidentiality. Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
