Job Summary The purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between the customer and the Wipro delivery team, ensuring a seamless communication process to understand, analyze, and articulate customer requirements. The Business Analyst bridges the gap between customer needs and delivery team capabilities, enabling the formulation of appropriate solutions that meet the customer s business objectives. Responsibilities 1. Customer Requirements Gathering and Engagement Coordinate with Client Partners: Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements. Document Requirements: Detail out scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and features to ensure that all stated and unstated customer needs are captured. Workflow and Specification Development: Create workflow charts, diagrams, and system specifications based on a thorough analysis of customer requirements. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Engage with internal teams (project managers, pre-sales, tech leads, and architects) to ensure timely and accurate responses to RFPs/RFIs. Financial and Operational Impact: Communicate the financial and operational implications of changes to the proposed solution. Customer Feedback and Clarifications: Regularly check in with customers to gather feedback and clarifications on proposed solutions, instructing the delivery team to modify designs as needed. Customer Empowerment: Present and demonstrate proposed solutions/prototypes to customers to empower and engage them. Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers to drive business integration and lead generation. Continuous Improvement: Collect ongoing feedback from customers to enhance and deliver better value (services/products). 2. Engagement with Delivery Team to Ensure Right Solutions a. Coordination with Delivery Team Feedback Integration: Provide customer feedback to the delivery team to ensure the proposed solution meets customer expectations. Test Case Review: Review test cases to ensure full coverage of customer requirements. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct analysis on proposed solutions, demos, and prototypes before presenting them to the customer. Change Requests: Facilitate and deploy new change requests to address evolving customer needs. QA and Testing Support: Support the QA team with timely testing feedback to ensure the solution meets business needs. Integration and UAT Testing: Coordinate integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) demos to validate solutions and achieve a 100% success rate. Data Modeling: Use data modeling techniques to analyze findings and propose improvements and changes. System Utilization: Study system capabilities to ensure full utilization in alignment with business requirements. Solution Integration: Consolidate and refine the entire response/solution for the RFP/RFI before presenting it to the customer. b. Support for Project Management and Delivery Define Project Milestones: Work with the principal consultant to define and plan project milestones, phases, and key deliverables. Challenge Assumptions: Challenge the delivery team s assumptions and plans to ensure successful project execution. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring quality, timely deliverables. 3. Building Domain Expertise and Contributing to Knowledge Repository Domain Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with other Business Analysts to share expertise and enhance domain knowledge across the vertical. Content Creation: Write whitepapers, research papers, and points of view to share with the consulting community. Create Use Cases: Develop use cases for different projects or accounts that can contribute to business enhancements at the organizational level. Market Research: Conduct market research to gather the latest industry insights and apply them to improve ongoing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering value.
