Job Summary
Responsibilities: A day in the life of an Infosys consultant: Customer Issue Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose customer challenges, design innovative solutions, and ensure smooth deployment to guarantee client satisfaction. Proposal Development: Contribute to the proposal document by providing inputs on solution design based on your area of expertise. Configuration and Implementation: Plan and configure the product as per the solution design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist with queries related to requirements and design. Solution/Product Demonstrations: Lead product demonstrations, POCs, and Proof of Technology workshops, while preparing cost-effective effort estimates in alignment with client budgets and organizational financial guidelines. Project Leadership: Take charge of small projects, leading efforts to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions while contributing to organizational initiatives. Technical and Professional Requirements: Primary Skills: Business Analyst Telecom Domain: BSS/OSS (Business Support Systems/Operational Support Systems) Tools/Platforms: Nokia Flowone Blue Planet Inventory/MDSO Amdocs CRM/Cramer Preferred Skills: Advanced knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS, Nokia Flowone, Blue Planet Inventory/MDSO, and Amdocs CRM/Cramer. Strong Business Analyst skills. Additional Responsibilities: Strategy & Innovation: Develop value-creating strategies and models to enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability. Software Configuration Management: Solid understanding of software configuration management systems. Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest telecom technologies and industry trends. Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams. Financial Processes: Understand the financial processes involved in telecom projects and pricing models. Process Improvement: Assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and suggest effective technology solutions. Industry Domain Knowledge: Expertise in one or more telecom industry domains. Client Interfacing: Excellent client-facing skills for effective relationship management. Project & Team Management: Strong leadership in managing projects and teams. Educational Requirements: MCA, MSc, MTech, Master of Engineering, BCA, BSc, BTech, Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent).
