Job Summary

Job Description The company is looking for a market researcher with big ideas, a passion for solving unique problems, and strong consultative and strategic mindset. The Research Manager reviews data collection, research findings, authors insight reports and makes business-oriented recommendations. This role will be tasked with continuously raising the bar and ensuring high quality research outputs that are critical components in decision making. This will require working extensively with the stakeholders in defining and executing research studies, ensuring timely delivery and dissemination of research outputs, working closely with external agency partners to support these research initiatives. This role requires an individual with expertise in consumer research, along with excellent analytical and communication abilities. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail, vocally self-critical, with an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Key job responsibilities: Applying sound research acumen to help the business solve research questions Taking disparate data and connecting the dots to craft meaningful narratives that help the business look around corners Diving deep into data to understand not only the what , but the so what , and now what Building scalable and agile market research solutions, tools, and processes Creating mechanisms to share insights and influencing product and marketing stakeholders to act on insights Leveraging internal and external resources to execute innovative research techniques Basic Qualifications: 5-7 years experience in Market Research/Consumer Insights - designing, executing, analyzing, and drafting actionable recommendations from primary research and other syndicated data Experience conducting custom quantitative and qualitative research Experience in brand and product research methodologies Ability to assimilate data and hone in on key insights that drive business recommendations Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects with critical deadlines Exceptional written communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
