Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing number of stakeholders, various review gate governance throughout the bid cycle.
Creating a detailed bid plan and closely monitoring and working with each stakeholder to ensure timelines of all bid deliverables
Proposal creation for RFXs, Customer & Competitor assessment
Contribute & drive in Win themes and Win Strategy discussion, conduct detailed storyboarding for defining key messages in the bid
Managing quality and efficiency of team and drive the bid team towards success
Share best practices and ensure bid quality for all the opportunities being worked by team
Collaborating with Sales for pre-qualification and defining strategy for new prospects.
Continuously identify the areas of improvement in the bid process in line with the market requirements, create tools and drive initiatives to support transformation of Bid Process to a value creating function for the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Individual contributor with more than 5 Years of experience in bid Management process, preferably in Telecom Industry.
Experience in Bid Management, Proposal writing, help in business Development, analysis & Research, effective process implementation, Client engagement, Post Proposal Engagements and assisting in adhoc Requirements.
The candidate should have sound operational experience in the Bid Management process into a Mature Bid process that generates value for the organization.
