Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing number of stakeholders, various review gate governance throughout the bid cycle.
  • Creating a detailed bid plan and closely monitoring and working with each stakeholder to ensure timelines of all bid deliverables
  • Proposal creation for RFXs, Customer & Competitor assessment
  • Contribute & drive in Win themes and Win Strategy discussion, conduct detailed storyboarding for defining key messages in the bid
  • Managing quality and efficiency of team and drive the bid team towards success
  • Share best practices and ensure bid quality for all the opportunities being worked by team
  • Collaborating with Sales for pre-qualification and defining strategy for new prospects.
  • Continuously identify the areas of improvement in the bid process in line with the market requirements, create tools and drive initiatives to support transformation of Bid Process to a value creating function for the organization.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Individual contributor with more than 5 Years of experience in bid Management process, preferably in Telecom Industry.
  • Experience in Bid Management, Proposal writing, help in business Development, analysis & Research, effective process implementation, Client engagement, Post Proposal Engagements and assisting in adhoc Requirements.
  • The candidate should have sound operational experience in the Bid Management process into a Mature Bid process that generates value for the organization.
