Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Bidding and Tendering: Manage all aspects of bidding processes, including pre-bid, bid administration, post-bid, and work completion stages.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the tender business team, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of projects.
Tender Strategy: Develop and structure the tender business function, including defining processes and best practices.
Government and NGO Liaison: Interface with various government and non-government organizations at both central and state levels.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough competition analysis and market research to guide bidding strategy.
International Bidding: Experience with international bidding procedures, such as those under World Bank guidelines, will be an added advantage.
Documentation: Handle legal and commercial documentation, including agreements, MOUs, and bank-related documents.

Key Skills and Traits:

Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to assess competition effectively.
Leadership: Proven experience leading teams in a tender business environment.
SaaS Knowledge: Exposure to SaaS sales and IT-related product bidding will be beneficial.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand technical details of products and services and structure effective solutions.
Communication: Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, both internally with teams and externally with clients and government entities.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for working in a startup environment and taking the initiative to drive innovation and growth.

Educational Requirements:

Qualification :
Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline
