Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Leverage your data analysis skills to uncover valuable insights from large datasets.

Utilize advanced Excel and Google Spreadsheet techniques to extract actionable information.

Report Automation:

Create automated reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data reporting.

Develop scripts or macros for automating routine data tasks and generating reports.

Dashboard Creation:

Design interactive dashboards using Google Data Studio or similar tools to visually represent key performance indicators.

Ensure that dashboards provide real-time insights to support informed decision-making.

Data Management:

Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data storage and retrieval processes.

Documentation:

Document data analysis processes, report automation scripts, and dashboard creation procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.

Experience with report automation using VBA, Google Apps Script, or similar scripting languages.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
