Job Summary

Education & Experience

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Prior experience of 1-2 years in similar role
  • Work experience in IT product companies a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Support queries from customers and verify issues faced
  • Interface with technology team to solve issues in defined timeline
  • Train customers on various features of WebXpress solutions
  • Analysis of customer issues and queries and improve response mechanism

Compensation & Terms

  • INR 180,000 to 240,000 per annum
  • Performance based bonus up to 10% of salary
  • One year retention period
