Job Summary
Education & Experience
- Graduate in any stream
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in similar role
- Work experience in IT product companies a big plus

Responsibilities
- Support queries from customers and verify issues faced
- Interface with technology team to solve issues in defined timeline
- Train customers on various features of WebXpress solutions
- Analysis of customer issues and queries and improve response mechanism
Compensation & Terms
- INR 180,000 to 240,000 per annum
- Performance based bonus up to 10% of salary
- One year retention period
