Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer Problems
  • Installation of software (i.e. .NET frame work, crystal report. Access database engine, SQL server/Oracle).
  • SQL/Oracle query knowledge (i.e. insert, update, delete and Joins etc.).
  • Web hosting on IIS 6 and 7 etc.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times
  • Providing technicalsupportto end customers & sales teams
  • Assist sales team in product demos & application usage
  • Ensure all technical and non-technical documentation is up-to-date
  • Handling a team of 3-4 engineers
  • Communicate and share information with team members, internal staff and customers.
  • Travel to customer sites as required.
  • Handling and resolving project risks and escalations from customers
  • Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and other electronic communications
    regarding problems.

Key Skills: Asp.net 4.0 , C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery , Sql server 2008 , Oracle 11 g,SQL database, web hosting

Desired profile of the candidate:Willing to travel outside of Mumbai. Goodcommunication skills (verbal and written)
