Job Description:
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer Problems
- Installation of software (i.e. .NET frame work, crystal report. Access database engine, SQL server/Oracle).
- SQL/Oracle query knowledge (i.e. insert, update, delete and Joins etc.).
- Web hosting on IIS 6 and 7 etc.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times
- Providing technicalsupportto end customers & sales teams
- Assist sales team in product demos & application usage
- Ensure all technical and non-technical documentation is up-to-date
- Handling a team of 3-4 engineers
- Communicate and share information with team members, internal staff and customers.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
- Handling and resolving project risks and escalations from customers
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and other electronic communications
regarding problems.
Key Skills: Asp.net 4.0 , C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery , Sql server 2008 , Oracle 11 g,SQL database, web hosting
Desired profile of the candidate:Willing to travel outside of Mumbai. Goodcommunication skills (verbal and written)
