Job Summary
Business Developer
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Bidding on sales platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
- Interacting on leads provided by the company.
- Present the product favorably and in a structured professional manner over the call.
- Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
- Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Advice on forthcoming product developments.
- Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis.
Key Requirments:
- You have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the IT industry.
- You are highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to convince potential clients over email and calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years experience in the sales industry.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- CRM experience is preferred.
