Human Resource (hr) Job in Webgross
Job Summary
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Create and post job listings on job boards and company website.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in the selection and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Facilitate the new hire orientation process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
- Assist new employees in getting acclimated to company culture and policies.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Help resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with benefit regulations.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support career development initiatives and performance improvement plans.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
- Performance Management:
- Collaborate with managers on performance review processes.
- Help establish performance goals and track progress.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
