What will you do
- Curate, own and lead the entire talent acquisition process from requisition to onboarding
- Develop detailed recruiting & candidate engagement strategies to meet the business' need for talent
- Serve as a primary point of contact for talent acquisition and work with function heads and hiring managers to structure assessment experiences
- Create appealing job descriptions that accurately matches the hiring requirements and role expectations
- Source & screen resumes that best align with the role and manage the applicant s life cycle to deliver a great candidate experience
- Maintain relationships with hiring partners / consultants etc., and ensure a robust candidate pipeline at all times.
- Maintain data integrity, proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders and utilize insights to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions
- Constantly look out for new recruitment trends, market drivers, competitive landscape and best practices
What we re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with proven track record in tech hiring
- Startup/FinTech experience preferred
- MBA or related degree in Human Resource Management
- Attention to detail & data driven decision making skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong consulting, decision making and stakeholder management skills
