About the role:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (Non - tech) at Leap Scholar.
The charter for this role will include:
Able to implement various hiring and selection processes
Conduct end-to-end recruitment cycles with keen understanding of sourcing through referrals, job portals and vendors
Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates and coordinate with interviewers for quick turnaround
Handle a team of recruiters
Ideal Persona:
A full-time management degree in HR from a tier 2/3 business school would be preferred
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition
Bias to action, proactive & innovative by nature
Strong attention to detail
