Job Summary
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Prioritize, organize and increase capacity and resources to achieve hiring at scale
- Develop, motivate, and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team and business leaders on hiring goals.
- Act as an advisor and Subject Matter Expert to senior leadership providing functional expertise, market-related intelligence, and forecasting on recruitment issues and trends.
- Lead and participate in projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
- Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices, both in the team and within the business

- A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor s degree
