Job Summary
Job Overview:
Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
Substantiates applicants skills by administering and scoring tests.
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Schedule and conduct training for employees.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintain a happy environment in the workplace with the help of numerous activities.
Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions, or redundancy packages with staff and representatives
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Agency experience will be a plus point.

Requirements
1 year of experience in Human resource management A relevant bachelor s/master s degree in the relevant fieldAgency experience will be a plus point.
