Job Summary

Pepper (www.peppercontent.in) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 10 content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 3.5 years we ve worked with brands like India Today, Amazon India, Adobe, Swiggy, Dunzo, Businessworld, Times Group, Digit, Wittyfeed, YourStory etc. along with 350+ brand companies like BookMyShow, UpGrad, Yulu, Paisabazaar, Zivame, Yatra, Bewakoof, Imarticus Learning etc. to create content that is meticulous and customized according to our clients' needs.


Job Responsibilities :


  • Working closely with the HRBP on the recruitment and hiring process
  • Also responsible for ensuring all the reference checks, offer letters and systems are in place for employee onboarding.
  • Ensuring all the paperwork required for onboarding and onboarding process is in place
  • Helping in execution on employee engagement and training sessions
  • Helping in maintaining and organising all employee records for HRIS and coordinate with team members to perform all employment activities and provide support to various teams.
  • Acting as a link between the finance team and HR team with respect to filing the compliances.
  • Assisting the HRBP in Payroll calculation for both full and contractual employees.
  • Assisting in Employee branding initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience with common HR Information Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to multitask and total attention to detail

Minimum 4 Years
