Job Summary
HR Associate
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Company s HR policy and Overall recruiting strategy
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, Job portals etc
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Take care of employee engagement activities in the company such as Team events, Outings etc.
- Promote company s reputation as best place to work
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Manage Exit process for employees
Required Skill Sets:
- Hands on experience with various recruitment processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Good knowledge about different job portals
- Multitasking
- Having Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
