Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager who has expertise in Google ads to join our core team, someone who is a creative and analytical thinker and has digital marketing experience.
Ideal candidates should be able to take marketing strategy and digital marketing techniques created by the marketing team to achieve business goals.
Develop, implement, and optimize lead gen campaigns primarily in Google paid search.
Manage Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
Use the right type of network and campaign type based on the goals of the campaign
In-depth keyword analysis
Setup conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Setup standard custom reports in Google Analytics
Conduct data analysis on periodical and optimize campaigns to achieve the best ROI
The candidate must have experience preferably at a marketing agency with multiple mid-sized clients. Preferably with work experience on eCommerce clients.
We are NOT really looking for someone who is an all-rounder on Digital. Neither are we looking for someone more into SEO or more into Organic Social Media Management.
Few must-haves:
1. Good hands-on experience on Google ads
2. Analytically sharp to analyze and find good insights
3. Being able to understand a brand's message and copy
4. Extremely good listener & Clear communicator
5. Confident about your strategies but still keen to learn
6. Good written communication
7. Being able to manage multiple priorities at once
8. Enjoys marketing
9. Ethically & Morally correct
