Job Summary

Bachelor's degree / Masters'

8+ years of recent Business Analyst experience.

4+ years of healthcare or Insurance experience

2+ year external professional stakeholder or client facing interactions

2+ years of experience with Medicaid policy, financing, program operations, business requirement development, or systems.

Be the Liaison between the technical and business side.

Critical thinking, questioning, and listening skills, as well as attention to detail as it relates to client communication and delivery.

Prior experience eliciting and interpreting business and user requirements and providing IT solutions in a Business Analyst role..

Experience developing and communicating business workflows.

Awareness of Agile software development and design principles plus solution design tools (e.g., Jama, Confluence, Jira, etc.)
