As the Digital & Data Science Product Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital and data science products across the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain. The Digital & Data Science Product Business Analyst will be primarily focused on JJSC Enterprise Functions including Deliver, Procurement, Quality & Compliance etc. Caring for the world one person at a time has inspired and united the people of Johnson & Johnson for over 125 years. As the Digital & Data Science Product Business Analyst, with limited supervision, you will drive the digital product lifecycle management from ideation-to-deploy-to-sustain, with the focus on supporting customer and business needs, and building the voice of the users into the product enhancements. This position is considered highly visible throughout the organization due to the nature of the business discussions and projects. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position is responsible for: Collaborating and leading discussions with cross functional business partners to gather digital & data science project requirements; Collaborating with technical and non-technical audiences to identify and prioritize features that need to be coordinated within project timelines. Building and leveraging a deep business domain, and digital and data science product expertise to translate business problems in strategic product roadmaps, requirements, and insights including long-term vision for end-to-end solution delivery. Documenting and coordinating follow up activities (e.g. meeting minutes, action items etc.) for project deliverables, defining meeting agendas and creating project and release roadmaps. Responsible for coordinating and partnering with product development teams (on and off-shore) to translate business needs and requirements into digital product features; Leads and facilitates agile ceremonies as needed by teams and project requirements; Regularly communicating project status updates to lay audiences, including members of upper management using professional communication and presentation techniques; Facilitating the product development lifecycle through collecting requirements, user stories, requirement mapping, UAT, deployment and user-adoption; Using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams tools to prepare, communicate, monitor project metrics and organizing project documentation; Performing assessments on large complex data sets using data analysis software like SQL, Python or Excel and review data sources, data pipelines, data architecture, existing code stacks etc.. Identifying risks and communicating impacts to release schedules and working closely with digital product, engineering, business and QA teams to manage mitigation. Fully understand and document user requests for product enhancements, stay involved in troubleshooting and resolution of issues, provide support and training and coordinate with developers to correct any problems or enhance current applications. Qualifications & Requirements A minimum of a Bachelor s degree and 5 years of business experience required. A minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related field with a focus on data science / advanced analytics / AI / machine learning is preferred. Professional or didactic application of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint) is required. Strong written communication skills (e.g. Ability to present well-written reports, PowerPoint presentations, facilitate discussions, and navigate difficult conversations) is required. Ability to analyze and understand complex data sets using SQL, R or Python is preferred. ERP System experience (JD Edwards, Oracle, Sage etc.) and Quality Data (e.g. CAPA, Supplier Quality, Issue Escalation, Complaints etc.) is preferred. Experience using Jira, Confluence, Pyspark, Databricks, Linkurious, Tableau, Lookr, AWS and Azure is preferred. Experience working with digital, analytics and data science projects is required. Familiarity or training in the Agile principles and practices (Scrum) is preferred. Proven ability to work successfully in a highly matrixed organization is preferred. Ability to work efficiently with general or limited supervision, self-learn, and self-seek solutions is required; This position is remote and will work USA business hours.
