Job Summary

Bachelor's degree or related field. Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of experience as a business analyst with Clinical healthcare experience, with a focus on clinical workflows, electronic health records (EHR), or related areas.
Strong expertise in prototyping tools and techniques, such as Figma tools, with a proven track record of creating interactive prototypes that enhance stakeholder engagement and facilitate solution validation.
Clinical healthcare experience is Mandatory.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, analyze complex healthcare processes, and propose innovative solutions that drive measurable improvements.
Create clear, concise, and detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that effectively communicate functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and use cases/user stories.
Demonstrate strong writing skills in crafting BRDs and other documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency, and readability.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) and/or healthcare informatics preferred.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
