Job Summary

We are looking for Business development executives to expand the reach of our software firm and tap into its full potential.

Your primary focus will be B2B. Therefore, qualities such as establishing a good rapport with potential clients, coordinating with the developers and post-sales relationship management are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The executive will work primarily on identifying potential clients and creating leads to increase our firm s footprint.

Should be ambitious and have excellent communication skills

Travel extensively and meet prospective clients / lead generation

Independently handle presentations and marketing/advertising events

Conduct market research, analyse and develop pricing strategies

Interact regularly with the developer team

Ability to meet the sales goals and deadlines

Maintain a constant communication channel with the client throughout the pre and post sales process

Generate regular reports and maintain a database for the complete sales process

REQUIREMENTS

Preference will be given to executives with experience in the IT sector.

A minimum of three years experience in Sales

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business administration or a related subject from a reputed institute

Medium level computer proficiency

Travel to nearby cities if required (Travel and stay expenses will be covered)

Solid understanding of the sales process cycle

Strong organisational and time management skills; should adapt quickly to changing priorities and multi-task if necessary

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English fluency is preferred
