Job Summary
- Industry knowledge of selling IT services (Testing & QA will be added advantage).
- Experience in Market Research/ Lead Generation and Inside Sales activity in US/UK/APAC regions/Singapore market.
- Identify and target new potential customers as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Lead generation by email marketing/ email management/ cold calling / Sales campaigns or by social networking activities.
- Schedule call / in-person meetings with the CXO Level/ IT decision makers.
- Good understanding of global IT & ITeS market and provide support to US Sales BDM.
- Should understand prospects technology needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly lead target and fill Business Manager s Qualified lead pipeline.
- Proficient in sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools like salesforce, Sales intelligence tools etc.
- Proficiency in MS excel.
- Understanding of Inside Sales activities, lead generation and cold calling.
- Strong organization and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient in computer skills including MS Office.
- Familiar with current market and technology trends.
- Excellent written/ verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Enthusiastic, team player, self-starter and quality focused individual.
