You will act as an advocate for change and work to support strategic partnerships and programs in alignment with VMwares priorities. What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?

We needan experienced program managerwho canrefine and continue to buildVMwaresTalent AcquisitionDiversity & Inclusionconference strategy andhiring programsin India. This will includelarge scale conferences, internal events, hiring programs,socialmedia,and branding. Youll use targeted thinking to prioritizeDiversity & Inclusioninitiatives and help to drive sustainable change within our hiring programs.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

In the first 6 months, youwork to refineand executetheTalent AcquisitionDiversity & Inclusionnon-traditional hiring strategyfor our India center,build relationships withour Power of Difference communities in the country, and collaborate with internalTalent Acquisitionpartners on targetedDiversity & Inclusionprograms and priorities. You will also begin to dive intoTalent AcquisitionDiversity & Inclusiondata to identify area of opportunity to drive change.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

You willbe responsible for organizing conferences andevents,developingpre/post event analytics,and providing support fornon-traditionalhiring programs.This position is appropriate for self-starters with strong analytical and organizationalskills,experience in event or program managementspace a plus.The ideal candidate isachievement-oriented,capable of independently solving problems,and hasa passion for Diversity & Inclusionand recruiting.
