Roles and Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving queries for customers in Tamil and Kannada languages. Communication: Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM or support systems. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Tamil and Kannada to effectively communicate with customers in these languages. Immediate Joiner: Ability to join the team immediately or within a short notice period. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and customer demands as required by the customer support role. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic work environment. Good Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers professionally and provide clear explanations. Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathise with customer concerns and exhibit patience while resolving issues. Primary Skills: Fluency in Tamil and Kannada: Proficiency in both languages to provide seamless customer support.
