Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving queries for customers in Tamil and Kannada languages. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include: Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate and helpful solutions. Escalations: Address and manage customer escalations, ensuring that issues are resolved effectively and in line with company policies. Immediate Assistance: Provide immediate assistance to customers who require urgent support, demonstrating a sense of urgency and empathy. Flexibility and Organization: Adapt to varying customer needs and work effectively within a fast-paced customer support environment. Organise and prioritise tasks efficiently. Communication: Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM or support systems. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Tamil and Kannada to effectively communicate with customers in these languages. Immediate Joiner: Ability to join the team immediately or within a short notice period. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and customer demands as required by the customer support role. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic work environment. Good Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers professionally and provide clear explanations. Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathise with customer concerns and exhibit patience while resolving issues. Primary Skills: Fluency in Tamil and Kannada: Proficiency in both languages to provide seamless customer support. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse customer issues, provide accurate information, and recommend appropriate solutions.
