Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities: As a team member in the Domestic Retention Outbound Voice Process, your responsibilities will revolve around retaining and servicing existing customers through outbound calls. Here are the main tasks you will be expected to perform: Customer Retention: Make outbound calls to existing customers with the goal of retaining their services and addressing their concerns. Service Upgrades: Promote and explain service upgrades or enhancements that align with the customer's needs. Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively, providing appropriate solutions and assistance. Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records, including call logs, interactions, and feedback. Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products or services that could benefit the customer. Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback for internal records. Requirements: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Vaccination: The Candidate should be fully Vaccinated. Primary Skills: Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns professionally. Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and confidently. Negotiation: Skill in negotiation and persuasion to retain customers and suggest upgrades. Data Management: Ability to accurately update customer records and call logs. Problem Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find suitable solutions. Sales Aptitude: Basic sales skills to promote service upgrades and cross-sell opportunities.
