Roles and Responsibilities: As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating electrical designs that adhere to relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations. CAD and Documentation: Utilise CAD software to create accurate electrical drawings and documentation, including wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and equipment specifications. Compliance: Ensure all electrical designs meet local and international standards, codes, and safety regulations to ensure the safety and functionality of the electrical systems. Calculations: Perform calculations for load analysis, voltage drop, short circuit analysis, and other electrical parameters to ensure proper system sizing and performance. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs. Project Management: Manage design projects, ensuring timely completion, accurate documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of electrical designs to identify potential issues, inaccuracies, or safety concerns before implementation.
