We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Day in the life / Job Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team


Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence


Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives


Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and account

Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Qualifications

Must-have skills


Successful previous experience of 10+ years as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Experience in International and Domestic Sales

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets

Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Preparing Sales Presentation, Sales Budget and Targets , RFP / Tenders

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors

  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Capability to demo the Product & Features , upsell

  • Proven ability to handle complex Licensing and Subscription modals

  • Experience sales professional for Healthcare Services, i.e. Healthcare Infrastructure services, Clinical documentation specialist , Process improvement , Revenue Leakage, JCAHO Certification Services

  • Additional Information

    Remuneration / Salary:Depend on Experience (DOE)
