Team Management and Performance -Achieve sales targets through effective team management.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.

  • Set clear performance expectations and regularly review individual and team performance.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Distributor Onboarding and Management - Successfully onboard new distributors and maintain strong relationships.

  • Develop a clear onboarding plan and provide necessary training for new distributors.
  • Regularly communicate with distributors to address their needs and concerns.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Organize periodic reviews to assess and improve distributor relationships.

Merchant Activation and Engagement -Increase the number of active merchants and their engagement levels.

  • Identify potential merchants and develop strategies to convert them into active users.
  • Provide training and support to merchants to help them utilize the products/services effectively.
  • Monitor merchant activity and provide feedback and incentives to increase engagement.
  • Implement loyalty programs and promotional campaigns to retain active merchants.

Recruitment and Retention -Maintain a stable and high-performing sales team.

  • Implement a thorough and efficient hiring process to select the best candidates.
  • Develop an onboarding program to quickly integrate new hires into the team.
  • Create a supportive work culture to reduce attrition rates.
  • Offer competitive compensation and benefits
