Specific focus areas: Documentation creation of tools and processes as well as enablement documentation for transitions/decisions that employees will be transitioning to.

This person will be the lead for documentation creation and management; other team members will surface the need for documentation, and this person will help identify 1) if the documentation already exists 2) if the documentation needs to be created or updated 3) how to best align SMEs to create/update documentation 4) how to best organize the documentation to share most efficiently across the project and BUs;
