Senior It Business Analyst Job in Beyond Key Systems

Job Description:

• Software requirement gathering and analysis.
• Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organizations function and capabilities.
• Defining problem statement and scope of work, writing winning proposals presenting the final solution.
• Develop Software requirement specification and product documentation.
• Use appropriate tools to record, track and manage requirements.
• Contribute to project planning and effort estimation within scope.
• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
• Serve as a conduit between customer community & development team
• Working in an Agile environment and continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, maintaining sprint backlog, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• Works with global cross functional teams and stakeholders across departments including Presales, QA/RA, UX/UI etc.
• Understanding the technical implications of requirements and proposing the optimal solutions to clients.
• Use project management techniques and methodologies to lead delivery of planned work.
• Manage small to medium size projects. Leads business process improvements through discussion, facilitation, process modeling, etc. Owns the design, construction and execution of test cases/business scenarios. Delivers project scope (people, process, and technology) on time and on budget.
• Conducting demonstrations and training sessions for end users/clients.
• Identifying, suggesting and implementing process improvements
• Display strong listening and communication skills when interacting with client and team.
• Logically structure recommendations and supporting data to formulate a solid, logical and understandable business case. Utilize appropriate business modeling techniques to represent and graphically depict various activities, processes and data, such as:
  • Business process modeling.
  • Process flow modeling.
  • Data flow modeling.
• Demonstrate excellence in delivery of all solutions/recommendations, including supporting artifacts, on time and with high quality.
• Deliver exceptional engagement support, including development and management of project plan(s) as needed.
• Develop high-quality deliverables that are review ready the first time.
• Proactively share ongoing point of view and perspectives.
• Conduct market research and/or engagement specific inputs for service offerings e.g. case studies etc.
• Research industry trends and support in the development, research and design of consulting and domain mindshare such as: articles, whitepapers, collateral development, eBooks, info graphics, etc.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• 3-6 years of experience in IT Business Analysis working with a reputed organization.
• Exposure to Agile development tools and familiar with Agile development processes
• Good understanding of Software Concepts and tools
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
• Customer first mindset
• Proactive, self-starter with strong coordination and project management skills
• Organized and structured leadership approach
• Understanding of Cloud Concepts is desirable
• Ability to analyze & translate business needs into technical solutions
• Understand & follow applicable system delivery processes
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Must.
• Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company
• Solid experience with business process modeling/ customer operations and change management
• Solid experience with documenting functional design and leading test execution
• Customer management background & experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
