Currently we are hiring for Data Migration Developer, Below are the details.

Educational Background: BCA, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech

Experience: 5-12 Years

Location: Remote

JD:

Role should have experience between 5 to 12 years with Maximum years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS domain.

Knowledge in anyone databases like MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB

Knowledge of any scripting language like Unix Shell, PERL, Python, etc

Hands-on experience in data migration implementation on OSS/BSS Like, Product Catalog, Order Management, Service Provisioning, CRM, Billing & Fault and Trouble Ticketing & workforce management systems

Study & Gather business requirements about existing system by engaging with clients/vendors

Map the requirements with systems, identifying the gaps & plan the enhancements accordingly

Sound knowledge in SQL and Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning, with clear understanding of coding concepts

Ability to work collaboratively within a team of other engineers worldwide to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards

Must Have Knowledge in the areas of Network technologies & architectures, Telecommunications engineering

Knowledge in preparation of data migration strategy document that includes data reconciliation & conversion approach, quality assurance, parallel run, conversion rollback strategy

Hands-on expose in defining cutover plan for launching application with data migration and go-live support

Good interpersonal skills, deep data analytical, excellent communications skills

Tools & Technologies Prior experience working with scripting based programming languages, such Java, Python, JavaScript etc

Knowledge in anyone databases like MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB

Good understanding on data migration reconciliation
