Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Migration Developer with experience working in a fast-based Agile environment and deep knowledge in SQL scripting. Candidate will be responsible for the data migration scripting activities to transfer the data from the existing system to the new destination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Relevant qualification and/or Certified of high-level IT Data Migration.

Responsibilities:

• Building intermediate database creation scripts
• Building data validation scripts
• Testing the data extract
• Testing the version of the new system.
• Working with the Data Migration Lead on any other aspects of the data migration work stream in the Implementation Phase

Requirements and Skills

• 5+ Years of experience in Data Migration.
• Experience working within software agile development life cycle.
• Experience with Java development, web service (REST/SOAP), procedures, servlet, JSP, EJB, Database relationships.
• Experience with Database Performance and tuning.
• Fast in understanding the business
• SQL and PL/SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of Oracle databases
• Analysis and design capabilities
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
• Teamwork skills and timelines/task priority strong awareness
• Ability to work in challenging international, multinational teams and manage own time
• Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline
• Patience, flexibility and attention to detail
• Delivery focused, with a flexible approach to work and willingness to learn new systems and business lines
• A methodical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting
