Roles & Responsibilities:

Good command on the Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components
Hands-on experience with creating the lightning components
Experience with Integration
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce architecture
Able to identify when to use config vs code
Able to work with Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects, Fields, Formulas, Workflows, Process Builders, Flows etc
Software engineering skills with Salesforce Platform (Queues, Web Chat, Chatter, Integrations like Live Person, Custom Integration of Salesforce with web application, VisualForce, SOQL) or disposition to learn such technologies at fast pace
Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) a plus
Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
Experience on deployment through changesets , Metadata, ANT based tools ,experience in using git or similar tools for code management
