Job Summary

JOB DUTIES

-Reports to the Branch Head
-Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Recruitment / HR / Sales / BPO / Insurance/ Counseling.
-Filing the cases, Taking Follow ups for the documents, solving client queries
-Helping Individuals who wanted to reallocate internationally
-Maintain strong working client relationship
-Excellent communication skills & command of English (Mandatory).
-Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
-Familiarity with computers and the Internet is a must.
-Very good in assist immigrants with filing paperwork and legal representation in order to obtain work authorization.
-Documentation for visa for US, Australia, Hong kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe requirements.
-Handling client queries over the phone and in meetings & emails.
-Daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the forms.
-Immigration filings & process.
-Passion to learn and grow.
-Responsible and motivated to give your best.
-Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
-Ability to accomplish results.

Required Candidate profile

Experience:
Must be minimum 2 years Experienced from Immigration Industry background.
Must have excellent communications skills to communicate confidently with Clients looking for Temporary / Permanent / Investor Visa.
Must have positive attitude towards work and carries fear fee approach in dealing with clients.
Must be psychologically smart and intelligent.

Education:
-Bachelors from Any stream
-Excellent in verbal and written English Communication Skills
-Smart in Handling Entire Documentation
-Keen EYE ON DETAILS.
Salary: Best in the industry.
