Job Description This is a remote position. Project Coordinator IT UK/Europe Shift Role: Project Coordinator Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift timing: UK Shift (12:00 PM IST to 09:00 PM IST) Education UG: B.Sc. in Any Specialization, BCA in Any Specialization, B.Tech. / B.E. in Any Specialization PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing & Operations Requirements Engineering candidates | MBA in Marketing and Operations Should be familiar with the technology and IT services industry. Should have at least 1 year of experience in project coordination or content writing experience. Should have strong written and oral communication skills in ENGLISH. Pursuing project coordination over leads and sales channels generated by the sales & business development team. Coordinate with the Business development team to find new leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose cloud solutions based on customer needs, prepare responses to RFPs, and respond to functional and technical questions. Customer Requirement and Market Research Develop the overall customer value proposition, service differentiation & competitive positioning. Prepare and submit Quotations, Tenders on time with high accuracy to meet appropriate customer needs. Translate multifaceted business initiatives into simple, polished, and engaging content across multiple channels, including, but not limited to newsletters, leader briefings, presentations, digital content, text messages, and more. Per the requirement, collaborate smoothly with engineering heads, sales heads, HR, and other stakeholders. Deliver the art of storytelling to strike chords with the technical community and technology CXOs and product heads. Articulate the right mix of technological ingenuity and business value. Ensure timely collection of the Account Receivables from customers. Strong work ethic to pursue leads and persist amidst several demands and challenges. Marketing or Content Writer in a software development company would be a plus. Experience with SAP Ariba and other RFP platforms. Experience with LinkedIn Sales, Lusha, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and other lead management and CRM platforms. Extensive experience in searching for RFPs across various platforms and Google.
