Purpose of the Role

The position exists is to ensure the development of programs with SAP Abap coding and delivery as per plan. Abap coding for RICEF, Code optimization, Understanding of APIs, RFC call and interfaces, Ensuring the developments are done with the understanding of business process for better delivery, Managing partners for non SAP applications for design and interface, Driving value to customer and business with above.

Experience

Relevant Experience of6-8 Years Extensive understanding of technical architecture design (IT, Automobile Industry, Manufacturing Industry, SAP ABAP, PI, Interfaces, experience in API, RFC, RICEF, Workflow. Knowledge of non SAP application interfaces, technologies, fare idea about business processes across functions) Code optimization methods, better use of technologies and resources,Large data optimization, data extraction, and computing, data archiving and extraction methodologies.

Area of Responsibility

Enabling Digital Solution

Being part of the IT Team, align IT Solution to the Business processes to drive towards automation. Co-Create the business process and solution design, enable the delivery of projects to as per planning. Deliver business process automation, inducting new developments to change manual activity to digital.

Cost Negotiation and Partner Management

Create a framework of Evaluation of Partner Deliverables for effective cost negotiation and keep it updated with respect to the changes in technology, nature of the program.Design and implement a partner management model for effective delivery and support construct which ensures continuous and agile delivery.

Interlock with other functional team members and continuous improvement

Drive systematic corrections based on incidence management and RCA of reported cases. Identify key actions for improvement through the defined governance structure. In order to achieve what results. Timely closure of action points with respective functions.

People Management

Effective engagement with key stakeholders and the leadership team to create positive momentum for Mobility deliverables and influence important decisions. In order to achieve what results in Timely deliverables, building ownership.
