Test Manager Fmg Projects & Change Job in Macquarie Group Limited

Utilise your expertise as a Test Manger and join the FMG Projects and Change Team to support the delivery of the various initiatives in the data portfolio of projects.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced test manager to work on initiatives driven by regulatory requirements. Using your strong background in defining test strategies & plans for large to medium scale projects, you will be key in ensuring the system build is line with business requirements and defects if any are duly reported, managed and resolved.

Working as part of a large team and collaborating with business, data, and technology teams, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the projects test strategies. This requires identification of scope of testing, collaboration with business SMEs for test case preparation, performing hands on testing and match outputs against the expected results. Additionally, you will be required to define project testing metrics, maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and instil confidence about the progress.

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for developing test strategies and plans using a range of tools and techniques. You will have strong test management capabilities and experience in complex projects encompassing data, system, and regulatory reporting change. You will possess a baseline knowledge of regulatory reporting concepts in a banking context and/or be able to demonstrate the ability to research, interpret and apply this knowledge. You will have the ability to get up to speed quickly regarding system architecture and testing needs. Knowledge of regulatory reporting tools such as Axiom, ICE & IRIS will be an added advantage for the role.

You will possess the ability to work independently, coordinate cross-functional assignments and use your experience to implement appropriate solutions. You will have the ability to maintain stakeholder engagement and poise when faced with competing priorities. Finally, you will have the capacity to be flexible and resolve to meet key project milestones.
