Job Summary

Job Descriptions :

Interpret data, analyseresults using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Filter and - clean- data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
Work with management to prioritisebusiness and information needs.
Monitor user engagement levels from both website and email communications.
Track new member subscriptions, cancellations and retention of clients by member level.
Own the user registration process and profile completeness to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to set goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
Experience with data extraction and management
Advanced excel and data manipulation skills.
Must have a passion to work with a variety of services.
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
