Job Summary:The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data visualization, data modeling, and business intelligence to deliver actionable insights and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Data Modeling: Create and manage data models, including relationships and measures, to support complex analytical requirements.
• Automation: Create and manage the python codes to automate the data jobs.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and cloud services to build comprehensive datasets.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Power BI tools and reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Power BI development with data visualization, SQL, Python Scripting, Excel and gsheet.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
• Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for report calculations and measures.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
• Python basics and Intermediatory skills.
• Proficient in google sheets advance.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Engineering: Able to gather data from multiple sources and transform it for further processing using python and excel.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Power BI or related business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
• Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning integration in Power BI.
