Engineer Quality - Plant Job in Varroc Excellence

Responsibility- v Preparation of inspection & gauges set-up, auto-gauging programming. v Responsible for Non-destructive check set-ups & inspections at final inspection v Maintaining records pertaining to final Inspections & submit report related inspection data v Responsible for taking corrective action and their implementation in case of Inspection miss complaints. v Responsible to provide feedback to process in case of continuous Product defects observed during final inspection. v Responsible for handling of defective & suspected product as per procedure. v Responsible for maintaining housekeeping, 5 S in his area. v Identification of training needs & inspection training to inspectors v Responsible for review & updating the Inspector skill Matrix once in year and evaluate the visual Inspector as per plan. v Daily Manpower allocation, Head count maintenance. v Maintaining daily inspection over ready to sale booking quantity as per target. v IHR data maintenance & analysis for reduction. v Inspection Equipment s & Spare part maintenance. v Customer complaint handling v Standard room activity coordination Any other specific Skill/Knowledge: - Knowledge of handling of final inspection, set-up, programming & maintenance of equipment s, Problem analysis, auto gauging, calibration, IATF 16949, EHS, Metallurgical Laboratory Raw material testing, must be Non -Destructive Testing (NDT) Level 2 or 1 Certified. 6-7 years of experience of working in QA- final inspection in Automotive suppliers.
