Engineer Quality - Plant Job in Varroc Excellence

Job Description 1. To Achieve zero defect generation and out flow from Process to PDI Implement the inspection as per limit sample FPA - Dimensional Inspection of the part on sample basis Check the process parameters as per Standard Process Parameter Sheet (SPPS) Monitor the bi-hourly samples by In-process inspector Plan the inspection of the part as per customer plan in the shift in co-ordination with Plant Dispatch Bridge between Quality Engineer - Customer Representative, Inspectors / Production Team 2. Maintain Documentation as per VQS and IATF requirements for In-process Maintain daily rejection monitoring sheet Preparation of Quality documents such as FPA report, Defect Matrix Participate in Shift RBA and maintain analysis report Maintain the PDI Report record and submit to Customer on daily basis 3. Skill development of Quality Inspectors Deployment of manpower as per skill Provide Training of Quality Inspectors about Process / Inspection methods / Safety / 5S Quarterly evaluation of Inspectors as per criteria and Updation of skill matrix Display the WI / OPL / Q Alert / Defect Matrix and conduct the poison cake test of Inspectors 4. Engagement and motivation of Team Provide guidance to Inspector in writing Kaizen Provide and check use of required PPEs to Shift Inspectors Set the competitive targets for Inspectors to improve Quality and productivity
