We are seeking an experienced Azure Support Engineer to be part of our journey in a full-time capacity. The Azure Support Engineer will have an in-depth expertise in Azure and monitoring using Application Insights or Splunk. Willingness to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

What you need (knowledge, Skills & Experience):
- 3-6 years of experience working as L1/L2 support professional managing 24/7 Customer facing applications
- Should have experience in Splunk monitoring and writing query to get desired results.
- Should have experience in Linux O.S
- Should have experience in creating alerts in Azure AppInsights and Splunk.
- Good experience in handling requests for azure infrastructure.
- Good knowledge in PowerShell.
- Experience working on Application and Server monitoring as well as Ticketing tools Well versed with support process like SOP, NOC, Handover/Takeover, following SLA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Need to be excellent team player.
