We are looking for an operations manager to grow & optimize the job seeker (supply) network associated with the Vahan platform. The role will focus on the acquisition strategy of low-skilled workers in the blue-collar/grey-collar space (for eg. drivers & delivery professionals, BPO/ Tele-calling/ data entry, housekeeping & support staff, field sales, etc.) through physical & affiliate channels.
The individual will need to develop scalable processes to acquire & engage job seekers. This requires a commitment to operational excellence, as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset.
This role calls for versatile profiles that have a knack for solving problems along with the ability to push new initiatives, positively challenge the status quo and make the role what they want it to be.
Roles & Responsibilities

Be responsible for building and scaling channel sales for the assigned territory.

Managing the relationship with vendors to ensure that they are fully aligned with
Vahan s vision and values. - Ensuring that vendors get the most out of the growth opportunities that Vahan
offers. - Provides regular, curated feedback to their Reporting Manager of theirinteractions with vendors and help in improvingproductivity of the vendors such that the vendors benefit out of initiatives offered byVahan.

Interface with the regional level Client POCs to ensure a smooth workflow for the vendors in your region.

Spend ample time on-field and off-field understanding the challenges on the ground and unblock them swiftly with scalable solutions.

Build and manage cadence on performance reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Relevant Work Experience of 3+ Years.

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong downward and upward communication and stakeholder management.

Prior experience in hyper growth startups with account or relationship management in the channel sales front in any sector like e-com, telecom, last mile, etc.

Should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office with sound knowledge of G-Suite tools for compiling, interpreting and communicating all quality and performance-related data and information internally as well as to the client.
- Proficient on the vernacular languages.
- Any Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree.
