Profile: Territory Manager- Business Mentors (BMs)
Location: Hyderabad, Warangal, Vizag, Mangalore, Hubli
Exp. 5+ Yrs. in life Insurance sales preferably from Agency Channel with team size of 3-5 people.
CTC: Up to 8 LPA + Incentives
Industry: Life Insurance

Job Purpose:
Recruitment, management and supervision of Business Mentors(BMs) and Personal Financial Advisors(PFAs) of BMs to help them in achieving their financial goals and generating business for the Company.

Job Description:
Recruit, engage and launch BMs.
Ensure that BMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs.
Ensure that BMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets.
Ensure that PFAs of BMs have a healthy persistency.

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 yrs. exp. in sales of life insurance from agency channel.
Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents (MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/Clubs Members).
Experience in managing and supervising teams of at-least 3 to 5 persons.
Ability to impart skills on training their PFAs on insurance concepts, products and closure of calls.
