Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development executive to drive inside

sales initiatives for our IT services. The BDE/BDM will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets for IT services and Staff

Augmentation.

2. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social

media, and networking.

3. Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points.

4. Present and demonstrate our capabilities to clients, showcasing the value proposition and addressing any

concerns or objections.

5. Work with Onsite directors and setup and meeting with client managers

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing

excellent customer service.

7. Collaborate with the technical team to understand service capabilities, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and

develop compelling proposals and quotes.

8. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure win-win agreements for the company and clients.

9. Track sales activities, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and provide regular reports on sales performance and

forecasts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business

opportunities.

BDE/BDM Should have:

• Proven experience in inside sales, business development, IT Services and staff Augmentation.(Domestic)

• Good Knowledge of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related

areas.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


Minimum qualification requirement

Required - BDE skill with 1+ years experience

1 to 5 Year
